Prior to moving to Atlanta, Khalid lived in  St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Khalid is a graduate of Fordam University and has a background in health care administration.

Khalid has been in Atlanta for 9 years and has been with Coldwell Banker – the Condo Store since 1999. Before moving to Atlanta, Khalid lived in the Virgin Islands where he sold real estate specializing in

land sales. Khalid has worked with developers and has a combined experience of over 12 years in real estate.
